No descriptions given in CZAS report; try Western Isles HER or CANMORE for site descriptions January 2015: On East side of the walkway from the cemetery towards the beach substantial midden is visible containing pottery, some burnt. Tooth found, possibly human(reported to museum). A section of coastline has collapsed revealing sooty deposits and more midden. February 2015: A shell midden and a stone structure, possibly a field wall, visible in the eroding coast edge. Also, a burnt peat layer at western end. the visible section of wall is at the eastern edge, and is 26 paces. The shell midden is along the whole front at 120 paces, and is on the sand, in the bank and on top in rabbit holes and surrounding areas. The peat ash is around 1m in length.
