Shell midden, visible in eroding dune face, 1m below top of c.3m high section. Max 0.5m deep, visible for length of c.11m. Mussel and limpet dominate,with frequent fish bone, including whole fish, winkle and whelk, rare crustacean. 2-3 layers of midden visible, some dominated by fish bone. Midden is contained in a mid-grey, organic sand matrix with charcoal flecks.

Shell midden, 1m below top of section c.3m high, max 0.5m deep, c.11m long. Mussel and limpet dominate, frequent fish bone, incl whole fish, winkle and whelk, rare crustacean. 2-3 layers of midden visible, some dominated by fish bone. In mid grey, organic sand matrix with charcoal flecks. Very similar to shell midden [Site 13434] approx. 200m west.
