Description

Stones protruding through coastal bank with evidence of midden with shells stone and bone fragment. Viewed from landward side there is a large rectangular boundary possibly a buried dyke to the west side of the coastal structure. FEB 2015- this site has taken a big hit this winter exposing a length of walling underlain by midden.

Description Stones protruding through coastal bank with evidence of midden with shells stone and bone fragment. The landward side of the site shows the erosion is taking place on the south side of a low mound. To the north there is a rectilinier bank probably a small field associated with the structure.
